Mary Magdalene was the “disciple to the disciples” and much loved by Jesus. There has always been an air of mystery when it came to Mary Magdalene and much speculation from the scholars.

Imam Ahmad Al-Hassan (fhip) confirmed the following in relation to Mary Magdalene: She was the wife of Jesus and the mother of his children, and she is also the soul daughter of the second Mahdi Aba Al-Sadiq (fhip).

Before her incarnation as Mary, she was in fact Isis, the sister and wife of Osiris. Her loyalty to Osiris after his sudden death is praiseworthy. Osiris was tricked by his brother Set, so she resurrects her slain brother and husband, the divine king Osiris, and produces and protects his heir, Horus. She was believed to help the dead enter the afterlife as she had helped Osiris, and was considered the divine mother of the pharaoh, who was likened to Horus.
